Ulnar Deviation
This is one of the adaptations to make in order to work with a traditional mouse or keyboard: moving the hand sideways towards the little finger.
Adaptation: In a horizontal plane we move our wrists sideways in the direction of the little finger. This enables us to align our fingers with the keys. In medical terms this movement is referred to as ulnar deviation.

Threat: Continuous activity of the muscles that contribute to this movement.
Symptoms: Muscle tissue: pain, stiffness and early fatigue.
